The following is a list of classes we offer and their descriptions, so you can find the right practice for YOU. Please note all classes can be modified for beginning levels as well as advanced levels of fitness. Please use props if you need them, and increase your flow if you need more of a workout. Speak with your Instructor before class if you have any concerns or need advice on modifications due to injuries or surgeries. 

Please remember you are your best teacher and you know your body better than anyone else. Take poses as deep as you want or back off when your body tells you too. This is a practice and all bodies are different. Honor the uniqueness that is you!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Ignite)

Ignite the internal flame.  In our vinyasa Flow classes you can expect to be flowing through the yoga poses with a one breathe, one movement rhythm. Comprised of cardio, strength and flexibility this style is well rounded and challenging. Each class is unique and expresses the experience and intuition of the teacher. These classes are set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor.  Classes are held for 60 & 75 minutes in a heated room. Temperatures range from 82-90 degrees.

Hi Intensity Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Ignite)

This class steps up the Vinyasa Flow just a notch. You can expect to flow at a faster pace with more chatarangas for building internal heat and strength. Your teacher will incorporate an arm balance and a couple of high intensity flow sequences.  Classes are held for 60 & 75 minutes in a heated room. Temperatures range from 82-90 degrees.

Yin Yoga (Restore)

You can expect to be holding stretching yoga postures for extended periods of time in Yin. Flexibility of the mind and the body are challenged as this class offers students an opportunity to restore and connect in a gentle, quieter style of practice. These classes are set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor. Classes are held for 75 minutes. These classes are not heated.

Sol Flow Yoga (Balance)

A hybrid class designed to offer students the best of both Flow and Yin. A balanced practice. Time is spent moving the body and increasing the heart rate then we dive deeper into stillness to finish with restorative stretches. Each class is unique and expresses the experience and intuition of the teacher. These classes are set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor. Classes are held for 75 minutes in a heated room. Temperatures from 82-90 degrees.

Ashtanga Yoga (Steady and Strong)

This dynamic, physical practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasa’s, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Ashtanga Yoga was founded by K. Pattabhi Jois. This is an all levels class, if you are curious just show up! This is a great practice to track progress, because the poses are the same each class. Classes are held for 60 minutes. This class is not heated. Music is not played during this practice.

FREE Community Class. Basics 101 Yoga Flow (Grow)

This Class is an offering for everyone interested in yoga. You will be guided into basic yoga poses connecting your breath with movement. This is a slow paced practice. This class is designed for beginners of all ages (14 and older), with various physical backgrounds. This is a free class. Classes are held for 60 minutes in a non-heated room. Temperatures from 75-82 degrees.

Basic Vinyasa Flow (Geared for beginners, but open to all levels)

Our Basic’s flow classes focus on linking breath and the foundational poses of the vinyasa practice together. In this class you will experience a slower flow as you build confidence and strength mentally and physically. This is a great class for beginners. This class is set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor. Classes are held for 60 minutes in a non-heated room. Temperatures from 75-82 degrees.

Gentle Flow Yoga

This is an intentionally slower paced class that focuses on breath, flexibility, and also strength. The slower pace will allow more time to explore the postures in your body. These classes are set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor. Classes are held for 60-75 minutes.This class is heated 82-90.

Restorative Yin/Guided Meditation (Restore)

Experience deep restorative poses blended with mindful meditation practices. Explore various mindful meditation practices and discover how meditation can bring more presence, focus, peace and awareness into your life. In this class we’ll practice mindfulness and transformational meditation as well as relaxation techniques designed to enhance your daily life as well as your yoga practice. Meditation practice can help you achieve deep states of relaxation, tranquillity and unity in body, mind and spirit. This class is for beginners as well as practicing yogis and meditaters. Classes are held for 60 minutes. This class is not heated. Soft music is played.
